New Machine is Equipment resulting from an upgrade of an Eligible Machine with an Eligible Upgrade. In the case of an upgrade to an Eligible Machine, modifications installed prior to the acceptance of the Technology Upgrade Option will not be treated as an Eligible Upgrade ("Non-Eligible Upgrade").
