New Locations definition

New Locations means those rate centers and local markets (i) not covered by MCI or AOL’s portfolio of dial-up network services providers as of January 1, 2004; or [****].
New Locations has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(c)(viii) of this Agreement.
New Locations. If “Dealer” intends to open any additional business locations, sales channels or service of “Products” other than described in Section II under Paragraph B of this “Agreement”, “Dealer” must initially obtain written approval from “Prodecotech” prior to “Dealer” offering “Products” for sale in new locations.

Examples of New Locations in a sentence

  • If less than RCT locations in operation, monthly fee for New Locations is the amount listed above for the period RCT through RCT.

  • During the term of this Agreement, Licensee agrees to pay Licensor the following amount per month for New Locations.

  • New Locations: A leaseholder/operator signs a CP for one or more new locations they plan to develop on their lease.

Related to New Locations

  • Work Locations means any real estate that CLEC or Qwest, as appropriate, owns, leases or licenses, or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement. Terms not otherwise defined here but defined in the Act and the orders and the rules implementing the Act, shall have the meaning defined there. The definition of terms that are included here and are also defined in the Act, or its implementing orders or rules, are intended to include the definition as set forth in the Act and the rules implementing the Act.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.
