New Laws means any legislative, regulatory, judicial, or other action affecting the rights or obligations of the Parties, or establishing rates, terms or conditions for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair or replacement of Wireless Installation on public infrastructure or in the right-of-way, that differ, in any material respect from the rates, terms or conditions of the Agreement.

New Laws means amendments or modifications to the Applicable Rules, and all ordinances, resolutions, initiatives, regulations, rules, laws, plans, policies, and guidelines of the City and its City Council, Planning Commission, and all other City boards, commissions, departments, agencies, and committees enacted or adopted after the Effective Date.

Examples of New Laws in a sentence

  • During the time that these parties are conferring on such modification or suspension or challenging the New Laws, the City may take reasonable action to comply with such New Laws.
