New Interconnection definition

New Interconnection has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1.1(a). “New Montenegro-Bosnia and Herzegovina Interconnection Line” means a new 400 kV transmission line between Pljevlja, Montenegro and Visegrad, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
New Interconnection means the new electricity interconnection between Italy
New Interconnection means the new electricity interconnection between Italy and Montenegro, which will be composed of the following infrastructures: (a) the ground cables connecting the AC/DC Converter Station in Italy, located , in Cepagatti, with the existing Italian transmission grid at 400 kV Villanova substation; (b) the AC/DC Converter Station of Cepagatti in Italy; (c) the DC ground cable located in the Italian territory connecting the Cepagatti AC/DC Converter Station to the landing point in Italy, located in the municipality of Pescara, (d) the entire High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) undersea interconnection power cables running between the Italian landing point and the landing point in Montenegro, located in the municipality of Kotor, including the electrodes system and the related medium voltage cables allowing the return of electricity to be used only under contingency operation; (e) the DC ground cable located in the territory of Montenegro connecting the landing point in Montenegro to the AC/DC Converter Station in Montenegro; and (f) the new AC/DC Converter Station in Montenegro, including the related 400 kV bus bars and those bays necessary for the infrastructures of connection to the new AC 400 kV Tivat/Kotor substation. “New Interconnection System” means the new entire electricity interconnection system between Italy and Montenegro, comprising the New Interconnection and the Associated Network Infrastructures.

Examples of New Interconnection in a sentence

  • New Interconnection agreement shall be entered into before the expiry of the existing Interconnection Agreement.

  • The Parties shall produce an agreed New Interconnection Service Request based upon the initial requirements and any additional information requested under this Clause.

  • B.6.2. Such New Interconnection Services shall be incorporated as additional Schedules to this Interconnection Agreement once specific arrangements dealing with specifications, prices and other terms have been agreed.

  • Within thirty (30) Working Days of the receipt of the New Interconnection Service Request or of the date on which a reply is received to a request for additional information, whichever is the later, the Access Provider shall give the Access Seeker the Considered Response.

  • On receipt of a Request for a New Interconnection Service, the Access Provider shall examine the request, set up a feasibility study and provide both a Preliminary Response and a Considered Response to the Access Seeker.

  • Where there is full rejection of the New Interconnection Service Request, the Access Provider shall provide a statement of reasons for the rejection within ten (10) Working Days from the date of the Considered Response.

  • Without limiting the reasons why additional time may be required for assessment, the Access Provider may have to undertake additional survey, measurement and testing activities to complete the assessment of the New Interconnection Service Request.

  • B.6.1. This Section sets out the general procedure that shall apply for handling requests from Access Seekers for New Interconnection Services falling within the scope of the services required to be offered under the Interconnection Offer.

  • Where the Access Provider has requested additional information that it requires in the Preliminary Response to complete the assessment of the New Interconnection Service Request, the Access Seeker shall take all reasonable steps to provide that information.

  • The Considered Response shall advise whether the New Interconnection Service Request: • will be met in all its terms.
