New Establishments definition
New Establishments means establishments which started business between 1 January 2011 and 1 March 2014.
New Establishments means establishments which started business between 1 January 2009 and 1 March 2011.
New Establishments means a new establishment or a change of ownership of an existing establishment or an establishment which has been closed for six months or more, or an establishment undergoing substantial repair or modification, or an establishment which substantially changes its food service from that previously permitted.
