New concession definition
New concession means the right to establish a concession operation in an area that does not currently have a concessionaire or an area where the department wishes to invite bids for a mobile type concession operation.
New concession means a concession issued by the Minister for Environmental Protection, Natural Resources and Forestry for the Republic of Poland to Buyer for the exploration and exploitation of Methane Gas and covering the same lands as Concession 134/93.
