The Nation acknowledges that the New Cell will be constructed in accordance with the legal and industry practices set forth in Section 1.1 of the Navajo Project Retirement Guidelines and said practices shall establish the costs involved in the Nation’s participation.
The Institute and/or the Researcher shall assume all liability for damages which may arise from their use, storage or disposal of the Cell, Original Cell or New Cell.
The Institute shall provide with Kyoto University a copy of the executed New Cell Transfer Agreement.
