New Card definition

New Card means a Debit Card issued to first time cardholders.
New Card means any or all validly issued and unexpired cards issued by the Bank bearing magnetic stripe features and/or embedded with the EMV compliant chip pursuant to any Terms & Conditions entered into by the Bank with other and various organizations or institutions for the issue of credit cards or debit cards other than VISA International or MasterCard International.

  • If you have provided us with the personal information described in the paragraph above labeled “Important Information about Opening a New Card Account,” then such funds are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) up to the maximum amount specified by FDIC regulations.

  • If you have provided us with the personal information described in the paragraph above labeled “Important Information about Opening a New Card Account,” then such funds are insured by the FDIC up to the maximum amount specified by FDIC regulations.

  • Breach of (a) any material obligation of Operator by Operator as tenant under or pursuant to any Lease related to the operations of any New Card Room (including, without limitation, failure to pay rent when due, to make repairs to the premises, to maintain insurance coverage or to comply with all applicable laws and regulations) or (b) any other obligation of Operator as tenant under or pursuant to any Lease beyond any applicable grace period with respect thereto contained in such Lease, if any.

  • If, on the closing date of any billing cycle for any Card Master Account or Card Account within Customer’s Card Program, the New Card Balance exceeds the Total Credit Limit disclosed on the same billing statement or otherwise in effect for such billing cycle, Bank may assess an “Over Limit Fee” (or equivalent designation) to the Card Program as set forth within the Card Program Schedule.

  • Operator has not engaged in any business activities other than with respect to the operation of the New Card Rooms.

Related to New Card

  • DBS Card means a dried blood spot card aliquoted from the Cord Blood Sample for use in connection with Release.

  • SIM Card means the subscriber identity module which when used with the appropriate mobile phone handset enables you to access the Network.

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.
