New Capabilities definition

New Capabilities shall have the meaning provided in Schedule C. (aaa) [* * * ] shall have the meaning provided in Section 7.2(b).
New Capabilities means new functionality representing substantial improvements and/or new modules that are added to the MMRPRO System. New Capabilities may be subject to an additional charge.

Examples of New Capabilities in a sentence

  • Within twelve (12) months after the Commencement Date and at least annually thereafter, Capital One and First Data shall review the Service Levels and, as more fully described in Schedule B, shall make adjustments to them as appropriate, including to reflect New Capabilities.

  • First Data will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to develop enhancements to the First Data System or to the Services to accommodate the response desired by Capital One and all such enhancements will be deemed Category I New Capabilities (as defined in Schedule C).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing restrictions shall not apply with respect to the implementation of New Capabilities that have been elected by Capital One.

  • RESELLER shall add New Capabilities to RESELLER's product line as soon as possible, but in no event longer than five (5) business days after MMR provides notice.

  • MMR may develop and release New Capabilities to the MMRPro System from time to time, and shall notify RESELLER in writing of the availability of such New Capabilities and any additional license fees and charges, if any, associated with them.

Related to New Capabilities

  • Ramping Capability means the sustained rate of change of generator output, in megawatts per minute.

  • Operating Capacity means the effective storage capacity of a tank, taking into account accepted engineering principles, industry standards, API guidelines and Applicable Law, only as to Products that each tank is capable of storing, within the requirements of applicable permit requirements and under actual conditions as they may exist at any time. The Operating Capacity of each tank is listed on the applicable Terminal Service Order as of the date of such Terminal Service Order.

  • New Capacity means a new Generator, a substantial addition to the capacity of an existing Generator, or the reactivation of all or a portion of a Generator that has been out of service for five years or more that commences commercial service after the effective date of this definition.

  • Alternate Fuel Capability means a situation where an alternate fuel could have been utilized whether or not the facilities for such use have actually been installed; provided however, where the use of natural gas is for plant protection, feedstock or process uses and the only alternate fuel is propane or other gaseous fuel, then the Buyer will be treated as if he had no alternate fuel capability.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.
