NEW BIOINGREDIENTS definition
NEW BIOINGREDIENTS means a Bioingredient which provides new functionality not currently exploited in the parties' own existing product lines of Bioingredients sold in the Food Ingredients area. For the avoidance of doubt, New Bioingredient is intended to exclude mere incremental improvements in existing products or in the manufacturing cost of existing products.
