Never attended definition

Never attended means that the student has never attended your class before the refund date. You should submit all students that never attended by flagging them in SAILS as never attended. Once the never attended flag is submitted, Admissions will completely withdraw the student from the class. It is imperative that students that never attend be reported at the beginning of the course term.
