  • Unless otherwise set forth in a Service Order, all right, title and ownership to any software (both in object code and source code format), hardware or know-how which Neustar licenses or develops to provide the Services (collectively, “Neustar Intellectual Property”) is owned exclusively by Neustar or its licensors.

  • Customer acknowledges that it has no proprietary interest in the Services, including, but not limited to, the servers, software, or data used by Neustar in the provision of the Services.

  • This MSA and any service orders or statements of work appended hereto (collectively “Service Order(s)”) shall control the delivery of Services (as defined below) to Customer by Neustar.

  • ACENS is a recognised body for the following organisations: (a) ICANN, Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers; (b) Verisign, Inc.; (c) Afilias Limited; (d) Neustar, Inc.; (e) Public Interest Registry; (f) XXX.XX; (g) Fundacio PuntCat; (h) mMTLD Top Level Domain Limited; (i) Telnic Limited; (j) EURID; (k) NOMINET and (l) XXX.XX.

  • Any other notice required under this MSA or a Service Order, other than routine operational communications, shall, if to Customer, be sent to Customer address provided by registration for the Service and, if to Neustar, be sent to Neustar at the address set forth above marked “Attention: General Counsel.

  • Network Resource shall have the meaning as provided in the NYISO OATT, for such resources located in New York, and the meaning as provided in the PJM OATT, for such resources located in PJM.

  • SAIC means the State Administration of Industry and Commerce of the PRC or its local branches as appropriate to the context.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • MSO means a cable operator who has been granted registration under rule 11 of the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994 and who receives a programming service from a broadcaster and re-transmits the same or transmits his own programming service for simultaneous reception either by multiple subscribers directly or through one or more local cable operators;

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Outsourcer As defined in Section 3.02.

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Network Operator means the network operator who operates the wireless network of networks to which the SIM Cards are connected.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • DSS means the Department of Social Services.

  • Ecosystem services means the benefits that the public enjoys as a result of natural processes and biological diversity.

  • VoIP means Voice over Internet Protocol.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Player means any Contract Player, Non Contract Player or other player who plays or who is eligible to play for a Club.
