Neurogenetics Technology definition

Neurogenetics Technology means any inventions, whether patentable or not, information and data that are Controlled by Neurogenetics and necessary to manufacture, use, research, develop, sell or seek Regulatory Approval for the Compound or Product, including, without limitation, manufacturing processes, formulations, modes of delivery and methods of use, toxicology studies, Clinical Trial information and data, and post-registration Clinical Trial information and data relating to the Compound or the Product, and which Neurogenetics is not legally prohibited from transferring to Lilly.

  • Neurogenetics shall bear all expenses incurred in preparing, filing, prosecuting and maintaining all patent applications and patents that encompass any Neurogenetics Technology.

  • Neurogenetics will be the sole owner of the Neurogenetics Technology.
