Network Unit definition

Network Unit has the same meaning as given to that term in Division 2 Part 2 of the Act. Number means a telephone number including a telephone number activated by the Network when a dialled number is redirected to another number. O&M Manual means the Operations and Maintenance Manual developed by H3GA. Operation and Maintenance Procedures means the Operation and Maintenance Procedures detailed in Schedule 5. Operations and Maintenance Support means the establishment and operation of operations practices, systems and procedures by H3GA reasonably required for the provision of Interconnection and the Service. OPM means the Ordering and Provisioning Manual developed by H3GA. Ordering and Provisioning Procedures means the Ordering and Provisioning Procedures detailed in Schedule 4. Party’s Equipment means Equipment owned or leased by either Party.
