Network Subsystem definition

Network Subsystem means any segment of a Functional Unit described on Exhibit C, each of which may be comprised of various Network Element Facilities.

  • If Impsat agrees by executing an acceptance certificate pursuant to Section 5.3 that the Civil Work is complete except for the Punch List items identified, then the Civil Work at such Network Element Facility, Network Subsystem or Functional Unit shall be deemed to have satisfied Acceptance Testing for Provisional Acceptance.

  • Subsystem means any subset of the System identified as such in the Contract that may be supplied, installed, tested, and commissioned individually before Commissioning of the entire System.
