Network Section definition

Network Section means a sub-network served by a Network Receipt Point and distributing gas to a Central Ranges Town or other area.
Network Section means Wilton-Newcastle Network Section, Wilton-Wollongong Network Section, or a country sub-network served by a particular Local Network Receipt Point.
Network Section means the Trunk Section, or a country sub-network served by a particular Receipt Point.

Network Section has the meaning given in the Access Arrangement; Network User means any party that enters into a Service Agreement with JGN; NGR Part 12A Connection Contract for a delivery point means a connection contract under Part 12A of the National Gas Rules between JGN and a Customer or between JGN and the User or another person on behalf of a Customer for the provision of a connection service to the premises serviced by the delivery point; Non Daily Metered Delivery Point means a Delivery Point where Gas consumption is not recorded on a Daily basis; Operational Schedule means the Operational Schedule set out in the Access Arrangement; Overrun means the withdrawal of an Overrun Quantity;

Network Section means a part of its Network that ActewAGL Evoenergy has designated as a Network Section, and if none have been designated then it means the Network;
