Network Programs definition

Network Programs means the entire library of completed television shows, feature segments and promotional videos developed and owned by Network, including, without limitation, Video Segments, Feature Segments and any other new programming developed and owned by Network during the Term but excluding customized programming developed by Network for Network's other customers (whether or not Network holds ownership or license rights to such programming).
Network Programs means those program(s) and services offered by NETWORK to PRACTICE and for which PRACTICE has agreed to pay a membership fee to NETWORK.
Network Programs. Based upon the applicable category, one of the following licenses applies:

Examples of Network Programs in a sentence

  • Broadcaster shall submit to CBS in the manner requested by CBS such reports as CBS may reasonably request concerning the broadcasting of Network Programs by Affiliated Station.

  • Any obligation of CBS to furnish Network Programs for broadcasting by Affiliated Station is subject to CBS's making of arrangements satisfactory to it for the delivery of Network Programs to Affiliated Station.

  • Except with the prior written consent of CBS, Broadcaster shall neither sell any Network Program, in whole or in part, or any time therein, for sponsorship, nor otherwise use Network Programs except as specifically authorized in this Agreement.

  • CBS shall offer to Broadcaster for broadcasting by Affiliated Station those Network Programs which are to be broadcast on a network basis by any television broadcast station licensed to operate in Affiliated Station's community of license.

  • Station will submit to us in writing, upon forms provided by us for that purpose, such reports covering Network Programs broadcast by Station as ABC may reasonably request from time to time.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement, the consent theretofore granted to broadcast our Network Programs or use ABC logos, trademarks or trade names shall be deemed immediately withdrawn and you shall have no further rights of any nature whatsoever in such Programs, logos, trademarks or trade names.

  • With respect to all other Network Programs telecast during this time period, seven (7) minutes per hour.

  • However, if the first broadcast referred to in our offer is scheduled to occur within less than fifteen (15) days after the date of our offer with respect to regularly scheduled Network Programs or less than seventy-two (72) hours after our offer has been received at Station with respect to Network Programs not regularly scheduled, notification of acceptance or rejection of such offer shall be made as promptly as possible, but in no event after the first broadcast time specified in such offer.

  • Nothing contained in this Agreement shall prevent or hinder us, nor shall it be construed to prevent or hinder us, at any time upon notice to Station as soon as practicable, from canceling one or more Network Programs, whether sponsored or sustaining, or from cancelling any particular block of Network Programming.

  • Except as herein provided to the contrary, neither Broadcaster nor CBS shall have any rights against the other party hereto for claims by third persons or for the non-operation of facilities or the non-furnishing of Network Programs for broadcasting if such non-operation or non-furnishing is due to failure of equipment, action or claims by any third person, labor dispute or any cause beyond such party's reasonable control.

Related to Network Programs

  • Network Provider means a provider of health care, or a group of providers of health care, which has entered into a written agreement with the issuer to provide benefits insured under a Medicare Select policy.

  • Work Program means a program of work reasonably acceptable to both parties in respect of a particular Property, contained in a written document setting out in reasonable detail; (i) An outline of the Mining Operations proposed to be undertaken and conducted on the Property, specifically stating the period of time during which the work contemplated by the proposed program is to be done and performed; (ii) The estimated cost of such Mining Operations including a proposed budget providing for estimated monthly cash requirements in advance and giving reasonable details; and (iii) The identity and credentials of the person or persons undertaking the Mining Operations so proposed if not the Optionor, reasonably acceptable to both parties hereto.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Work Programme means the document adopted by the Commission for the implementation of the specific programme28 in accordance with its Article 12 or the equivalent document in content and structure adopted by a funding body.
