Network Physician definition

Network Physician means a licensed practitioner of the healing arts who has entered into a Contract with EGID to accept scheduled reimbursement for covered medical services provided to members. The Pathology Group must be comprised of practitioners of the healing arts who are duly licensed in the state of practice and satisfy credentialing criteria established by EGID.
Network Physician means any physician available through the USA+ Provider Network who provides Eligible Services to Members.
