Network Physician definition

Network Physician means a licensed practitioner of the healing arts who has entered into a Contract with EGID to accept scheduled reimbursement for covered medical services provided to members. The Pathology Group must be comprised of practitioners of the healing arts who are duly licensed in the state of practice and satisfy credentialing criteria established by EGID.

Network Physician means any physician available through the USA+ Provider Network who provides Eligible Services to Members.

• The Auction Addendum (AA-1) is employed when property is sold using the auction method, establishing a Buyer Premium with no financing contingency, and including provisions for closing costs and fees.

• You or your Network Physician must notify us of special service needs (such as transplants or morbid obesity surgery) that might warrant referral to a Designated Provider.

• In the event of a question or dispute concerning Benefits for Covered Health Services, we may reasonably require that a Network Physician, acceptable to us, examine the Covered Person at our expense.
