In the event that a Pilot-owned device becomes unreachable from our Network Operations Center, Pilot will attempt to contact Customer via phone and/or email within 15 minutes.
Emergency work will be permitted only upon prior notification to Licensor's Network Operations Center (telephone number: ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇).

If it is not possible to resolve a congestion condition from Pilot’s Network Operations Center, Pilot may deem it necessary to increase capacity at certain points on its network or its fiber system.
