Network Operation Expenses definition
Network Operation Expenses means fees and monthly depreciation cost of network equipment related to the Telocity Services including, cost of tail circuits, co-location fees, bandwidth capacity costs, POP driven costs, and other network costs (which are NOC capital costs, subscriber driven costs, transit costs, fixed data exchange costs and monthly backbone costs).
