Network Node Fee definition

Network Node Fee means the total annual rental payment assessed by BTU to each Licensee that owns Network Nodes installed on Eligible Poles determined by multiplying [Attachment Rate] x [total number of pole-feet occupied by a Network Provider’s Network Nodes].
Network Node Fee means the total annual rental payment assessed by BTU to each Licensee that owns Network Nodes installed on BTU’s Eligible Poles determined by multiplying the [Attachment Rate] x [total number of pole-feet occupied by the Network Provider’s Network Nodes].
Network Node Fee means the total annual rental payment assessed by BTU to each Licensee that owns Network Nodes installed on BTU’s Eligible Poles determined by multiplying the [Attachment Rate] x [total number of pole-feet occupied by the Network Provider’s Network Nodes]. Non-decorative Streetlight Pole shall mean a BTU-owned Streetlight Pole that is not a Decorative Streetlight Pole. Other Licensee means any entity, other than Licensee, to which BTU has extended, or in the future extends, a license agreement to attach facilities to BTU’s Eligible Poles subject to the Standards, or an entity the license agreement of which has been terminated or expires, and the existing Attachments or Network Nodes of which at the time of contract termination or expiration become subject to the Standards.

Examples of Network Node Fee in a sentence

  • Excluding the annual Pole Attachment Fee or the annual Network Node Fee, should a Licensee wish to dispute an invoice from either NBU or its contractors, the Licensee shall within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the invoice provide NBU written notice of its intention to dispute the invoice.

  • Wherever a Licensee is required to pay for such work done or contracted by NBU, the charge for such work shall include all reasonable material, labor, travel, engineering, administrative, and applicable overhead costs, other than those costs compensated by payment of the applicable Application Fee or Notification Fee; the annual Pole Attachment Fee; or the Network Node Fee.

  • NBU shall, on or before December 1 of each year, following receipt of Licensee’s Registration and Annual Reporting Form, notify Licensee of the Attachment Rate and invoice the annual Attachment Connection Fee and Network Node Fee to Licensee (the “Fee Statement”).

  • Licensee’s initial payment of the Pole Attachment Fee or Network Node Fee for any Attachment or Network Node, as applicable, shall be made on the date Licensee completes installation of the Attachment or Network Node to which a fee or fees are applicable.

  • Each Licensee shall pay an Application Fee or Notification Fee to compensate NBU for the cost of administrative and other work required to manage the Application or Notification processes that are not directly reimbursed by a Licensee through Make-Ready Electrical Construction charges or otherwise covered by the annual Pole Attachment Fee or the Network Node Fee.

  • Licensee shall provide a list of all Attachments, Overlashings, Network Nodes, or other equipment that has either become non-functional, surrendered, or for which Licensee is nolonger paying the annual Pole Attachment Fee or Network Node Fee during the previous twelve (12) month reporting period.

  • Failure to pay an invoice for the annual Pole Attachment Fee or the annual Network Node Fee in full based on any allegation that BTU has improperly applied or calculated the Attachment Rate or the Wireless Rate shall not constitute a legitimate basis for disputing any invoice (other than arithmetic errors that should be brought to BTU’s immediate attention).

  • Excluding the annual Pole Attachment Fee or the annual Network Node Fee, should a Licensee wish to dispute an invoice from either BTU or its contractors, the Licensee shall within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the invoice provide BTU written notice of its intention to dispute the invoice.

More Definitions of Network Node Fee

Network Node Fee means the charge applicable to a Licensee’s installation or installations of Network Nodes in the Public Rights-of-Way in the City, calculated by multiplying the Network Node Rate times the number of Network Nodes a Network Provider installs or operates.
Network Node Fee means the charge applicable to an Applicant’s installation or installations of Network Nodes in the Public Rights-of-Way in the City, calculated by multiplying the Network Node Rate times the number of Network Nodes a Network Provider installs or operates.

Related to Network Node Fee

  • Distribution Network Operator or “DSO” shall mean the operator of a Distribution Network.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS Features) means certain Common Channel Signaling based features available to End Users, including: Automatic Call Back; Call Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Network Load means the load that a Network Customer designates for Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. The Network Customer’s Network Load shall include all load (including losses) served by the output of any Network Resources designated by the Network Customer. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.

  • IntraLATA LEC Toll means IntraLATA Toll traffic carried solely by a Local Exchange Carrier and not by an IXC. "IntraLATA Toll Traffic" describes IntraLATA Traffic outside the Local Calling Area.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • Network Element is As Defined in the Act.

  • Network Operator means the network operator who operates the wireless network of networks to which the SIM Cards are connected.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Network External Designated Transmission Service:

  • PNode has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • Network Rail means Network Rail Infrastructure Limited, a company registered in England under company number 02904587 and having its registered office at 0 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX0 0XX;

  • BT Network means BT’s public electronic communications network;

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Local Area Network or “LAN” means the infrastructure that enables the ability to transfer IP services within Sites (including data, voice and video conferencing services).

  • Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

  • Transportation network company driver or “driver” means an

  • InterLATA Traffic describes Telecommunications between a point located in a Local Access and Transport Area ("LATA") and a point located outside such area.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • Bandwidth means a distributor’s defined tolerance used to flag data for further scrutiny at the stage in the VEE process where a current reading is compared to a reading from an equivalent historical billing period. For example, a 30 percent bandwidth means a current reading that is either 30 percent lower or 30 percent higher than the measurement from an equivalent historical billing period will be identified by the VEE process as requiring further scrutiny and verification;

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Transportation network company means a company or organization facilitating and/or providing transportation services using a computer or digital application or platform to connect or match passengers with drivers for compensation or a fee.
