Network Management Services definition

Network Management Services are that portion of the Baseline Services described as Network Management Services in Schedule B.

Network Management Services is defined in Subparagraph 2(h)(iii).

Network Management Services has the meaning set out in paragraph 1.1.2(f) of Schedule 2 (Service Descriptions).

Examples of Network Management Services in a sentence

• Telstra is permitted to provide, and there is no obligation under this Plan requiring it to disconnect, any Network Management Services, including where provided in a Rollout Region after the Disconnection Date for that Rollout Region.

Network Management Services means the services provided by UTOPIA to GSCA pursuant to this Contract whereby End Users have access to the Improvements through which they may contract with Service Providers to receive the broadband internet access service (as defined in Section 53167 of the California Government Code) provided by means of the GSCA Network. The term Network Management Services includes Connection Services Capacity and is more particularly described in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein.

Network Management Services means those services provided by Doctors Health to NYLCare Mid-Atlantic with respect to Doctors Health Enrollees as set forth in Section 2.4 of this Agreement.
