Network Issues definition

Network Issues means (i) Service unavailability that is attributable to any third party Internet service provider of the Client, (ii) Service unavailability that is attributable to Client’s activities, Client’s equipment and software, and issues with adjoining 3rd party systems under Client’s responsibility (such as integration interfaces), and (iii) mass-network problems such as major “Internet Backbone” problems. As used herein, and as this term is usually understood within the industry, “Internet Backbone” refers to the principal data routes between large, strategically interconnected networks and core routers in the Internet (usually the Tier 1 networks), that interchange Internet traffic between countries and continents.
Network Issues means any outage or latency caused by any third party network connectivity or software that is outside Google’s direct control.
