Network Issue definition

Network Issue means the Customer is unable to transmit to and receive data from the Device for less than 100% of the time in a given calendar month, excluding scheduled or emergency maintenance. The network includes routers, switches, backbone connections and cabling provided by OIT, but expressly does not include the Customer’s own networking equipment, switches, services, or any software running on the Device(s) that may affect the performance or availability of the network.
Network Issue means any verifiable and reproducible failure of the Wi-Fi Network that materially affects the operation and use of one or more access points on the Wi-Fi Network. Licensor will classify Network Issues as follows: Critical. A Critical Network Issue is an impairment of a Licensor-operated component that significantly impacts the usability of the Wi-Fi Network, such as the Licensor authentication systems. Also includes any event that impacts 20% or more of the access points in the Wi-Fi Network.

Examples of Network Issue in a sentence

  • Upon discovering or receiving notice of a Network Issue during the Term, SONIFI will take commercially reasonable and technically feasible remedial action, as deemed appropriate by Help Desk Personnel, to resolve the identified Network Issue, subject to the applicable provisions of Sections 1 through 3 of these Support Terms, including Customer’s payment of all applicable fees, charges, costs and expenses to SONIFI.

  • In the event of a Hardware Issue or Network Issue, Hostway shall issue a Day Credit in accordance with the calculation described above up to a maximum value of $[***] in a particular calendar month (“Maximum Value”).

  • A Severe Network Issue is the loss of 5% or more of the access points in the Wi-Fi Network, or the impairment of a Licensor-operated component that results in significant inconvenience to T-Mobile’s customers.

  • Customer warrants that it understands and agrees that Hostway is not responsible in any way for any connectivity issues arising from outside of Hostway’s network, and that a failed ping-test from any third party service provider is not conclusive of a Network Issue as defined under this Section C, Paragraph 2.4 or in the SLA.

  • A Medium Priority Network Issue is the loss of service at an individual access point or the impairment of a Licensor-operated component that results in a malfunction of a non-essential feature of the Wi-Fi Network.

  • Licensor cannot resolve a Network Issue without such information, and its obligation to provide a Network Issue resolution will therefore be waived if T-Mobile does not provide such information.

  • Network means the Distributor's lines, substations and associated equipment used to convey electricity between:

  • Network Service means a Service provided by means of the Network.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • CDSL means Central Depository Services (India) Ltd.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.
