Network Instructions definition

Network Instructions means any instructions, specifications, restrictions, limitations and/or requirements adopted by FCB with respect to access to and use of the Network, including (i) this Agreement, (ii) the FCB Information Security Policy, and (iii) any other Network Instructions provided from time to time by FCB to the Client Bank in writing.

Examples of Network Instructions in a sentence

  • The Client shall access and use the Network in accordance with the Network Instructions, including, but not limited to, the requirements set forth in Exhibit A-1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • The Client agrees to report any violation of Network Instructions to FCB and any such violation shall entitle FCB to revoke Client’s and/or Client User’s access to the FCB Network.

Related to Network Instructions

  • RBC instructions means the RBC report, including risk-based capital instructions adopted by the NAIC, as the RBC instructions may be amended by the NAIC from time to time in accordance with the procedures adopted by the NAIC.

  • Dispatch Instruction has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Service Instructions means such instructions given to the Bank via any Telephone Banking Service;

  • Delivery Instructions means the instructions set out in the Contract for the provision of the Goods and Services, including any other information the Authority considers appropriate to the provision of the Goods and Services.
