Network Identifiers definition

Network Identifiers means all internet protocol addresses and networks, including DNS domain names, e-mail addresses, world wide web (www) and http addresses, network names, network addresses (such as IPv4 and Ipv6) and services (such as mail or website) whether or not used or currently in service, and including all registrations relating thereto in or with all registration bodies or organizations.

"Patent" means any and all patent applications, and patents (including letters patent, industrial designs, and inventor's certificates), design registrations, invention disclosures, and applications to register industrial designs that issue, and any and all rights to any of the foregoing anywhere in the world, including any provisionals, substitutions, extensions, supplementary patent certificates, reissues, renewals, divisions, continuations in part (or in whole), continued prosecution applications, requests for continued examination, and other similar filings or notices provided for under the laws of the United States, or of any other country. "Patent Cross Licenses" means the general corporate reciprocal patent cross license agreements as set forth in Section 1.01(j) of the Disclosure Schedule.
