NETWORK FIXED ASSETS definition

NETWORK FIXED ASSETS means the network fixed assets listed in Part 2 of Schedule 2 together with all physical equipment situated at the locations listed in Part 1 of Schedule 2 at Completion which is required to operate the Business other than, for the avoidance of doubt, the Office Equipment;

Related to NETWORK FIXED ASSETS

  • Fixed Assets means Equipment and Real Estate.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Computer equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.

  • Supplier Assets means all assets and rights used by the Supplier to provide the Goods and/or Services in accordance with this Call Off Contract but excluding the Customer Assets;

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;
