Network Expenses definition
Network Expenses means, collectively, the electricity expenses payable by the Loan Parties with respect to the Fiber Network.
Network Expenses means Capital Expenditures (excluding Capital Expenditures financed by the incurrence of Capital Lease Obligations or of purchase money indebtedness) for equipment and other property and related services to be used by the Borrower for the construction and development of the Network and the deployment of equipment and systems necessary for operating the Network.
