Network Diagram means the network diagram agreed between the Contractor and the Customer (if any), as updated from time to time in accordance with these terms. Premises means any land, building, structure, vehicle or vessel which is owned, leased or occupied by the Customer, containing a facility or supplied equipment or any other part of the Service, or to which the Service is supplied.   • Network User means a customer or a potential customer of a transmission system operator, and transmission system operators themselves in so far as it is necessary for them to carry out their functions in relation to transmission;
