More Definitions of Network Diagram

Network Diagram means the network diagram agreed between the Contractor and the Customer (if any), as updated from time to time in accordance with these terms. Premises means any land, building, structure, vehicle or vessel which is owned, leased or occupied by the Customer, containing a facility or supplied equipment or any other part of the Service, or to which the Service is supplied. SCATS means the Sydney Coordinated Adaptive Traffic System. Site means the premises to which a site service is provided. SERVICE START DATE: The date the Agreement is signed by the last party. SERVICE SCHEDULE TERM: This Service Schedule shall expire on 31 December 2009.
