Network Charge definition

Network Charge means any tariff or charge that we are permitted to charge under the Electricity Laws or any other applicable law in connection with the transportation of electricity to the Premises.
Network Charge means the amount we are charged to cover the provision of Network Services.

Online Discount means a discount You will receive if You have registered for Our online Billing service and do not require a paper Bill to be mailed to You. The discount amount will be as indicated on Schedule A – Your Price Plan. Our Representatives means the staff of Pulse Energy, Just Energy, Grey Power Electricity or third party contractors.

Examples of Network Charge in a sentence

  • We will pay for the Distribution Services (including connection of the Site) and pass the costs of doing so to you through the Network Charge.

  • Network Charge is an amount equal to the costs charged by the Distributor and/or transmission service provider to us in relation to you or your Site.

More Definitions of Network Charge

Network Charge means a charge we impose to cover the costs imposed on us by a distributor or transmission network service provider in connection with the electricity we sell you, or our best forward estimate of those costs. Offpeakperiod are the hours specified in your Important Details as off peak period if you are subject to a time of use tariff; Peak period are the hours specified in your Important Details as peak period if you are subject to a time of use tariff; ▇▇▇▇ Scheme means the South Australian retailer energy efficiency scheme established under the Electricity (General) Regulations 2012 (SA).
