Network Charge definition
Network Charge means any tariff or charge that we are permitted to charge under the Electricity Laws or any other applicable law in connection with the transportation of electricity to the Premises.
Network Charge means the amount we are charged to cover the provision of Network Services.

The discount amount will be as indicated on Schedule A – Your Price Plan. Our Representatives means the staff of Pulse Energy, Just Energy, Grey Power Electricity or third party contractors.

We will pay for the Distribution Services (including connection of the Site) and pass the costs of doing so to you through the Network Charge.
