Network Cards definition

Network Cards means any cards or other account access devices carrying the same Network Marks as the Co-Branded

Examples of Network Cards in a sentence

  • The Discover Network three-dimensional hologram, bearing a distinct circular shape and images of a globe pierced by an arrow, water and stars on a repetitive pattern background (the “Discover Network Hologram”),appears on the front of certain Discover Network Cards.

  • Program Marks mean the brands, emblems, trademarks, and/or logos that identify the Discover Network Cards.

  • This rule will also apply to VISA Cards/American Express Global Network Cards, i.e., both Primary and Add-On Cardholders will be issued VISA Cards/American Express Cards as the case may be.

  • Based upon Your choice to accept only the Card types indicated in the application, You must remove from Your premises any existing signage indicating that You accept all Visa, MasterCard or Discover Network Cards and use approved specific signage reflecting Your policy of accepting only Non-PIN Debit or Credit Cards.

  • The Payments Services support most Payment Network Cards, including credit, debit, pre-paid, or gift cards.

  • In order to be used in the Network, Cards must have the capability to communicate with a Processor for its Authorization and Settlement services.

  • You may accept Discover Network Cards for telephone or mail order sales if you comply with the following procedures and the requirements in the Agreement.

  • Standard, rectangular plastic, stored value Discover Network Cards are not required to bear the Discover Network Cardholder Name.

Related to Network Cards

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Network User means a customer or a potential customer of a transmission system operator, and transmission system operators themselves in so far as it is necessary for them to carry out their functions in relation to transmission;

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Network means the Distributor's lines, substations and associated equipment used to convey electricity between:

  • Network Load means the load that a Network Customer designates for Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. The Network Customer’s Network Load shall include all load (including losses) served by the output of any Network Resources designated by the Network Customer. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.
