Network Backbone definition

Network Backbone is defined as any ---------------- network interconnection that exists between a DIGEX Internet gateway interconnection or Network Access Point ("NAP") and any DIGEX interconnection device(s).
Network Backbone means the high capacity fibre optic telecommunications network constructed or to be constructed and operated by or on behalf of the Original Borrower in Spain.
