Network advertising definition

Network advertising means broadcast advertising originated by national or regional broadcast networks from outside the state of Washington, the broadcast advertising being supplied by national or regional network broadcasting companies.
Network advertising means advertising material (including sponsorship advertisin and social advertising agreed with the Principal that is placed on a charge basis) that the Principal places in the Network Program Blocks in the time intervals as agreed between the Agent and Principal and broadcast throughout the entire CTC TV Network. Network Advertising may be broadcast as commercials and/or in other forms.
Network advertising means advertising obligatory for airing within Network program blocks according to the Network contract and not subject to exclusion from the Broadcaster's air or replacement with any other audiovisual products.

  • In the event that the Network and Regional advertising, if broadcast in full in the Network program blocks and Regional Broadcast Windows of the Principal, would result in non-compliance with the advertising law requirements with regard to the advertising time limitations, the Network advertising time shall not be reduced and it is the time allocated to regional advertising that should be reduced.

  • Concur reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without liability to Partner, to (a) enter into similar relationships as that contemplated in this Agreement with other business partners on terms more or less favorable than those found herein or (b) offer certain additional marketing and promotional opportunities, including but not limited to, preferred supplier placement on the Concur Commerce Network, advertising, or other promotional opportunities to any such supplier or business partner.

  • Gross revenues include a pro rata portion of all revenue derived by AT&T Missouri pursuant to compensation arrangements for advertising, including but not limited to the Home Shopping Network advertising fees, derived from the provision of IP-Enabled Video Services, such advertising revenues to be pro-rated on the basis of the number of subscribers in the City as compared to the total number of subscribers to video services provided by AT&T Missouri's IP-Enabled Video Services receiving such advertising.
