Installation Waiver: Company will waive the one-time installation charges associated with the implementation of Network Access Services within the 48 contiguous States of the U.S. provided under the Agreement.
The Customer will be charged the following range of fixed monthly recurring charges $90 to $1,500 for the following Network Access Services: (i) DS1/3 Multiplex/De-multiplex, per DS3 Central Office Connection; (ii) DS3 and OC3 Network Connection Charges per circuit for Customer-provided access; ISDN PRI D-channel charge per number.
Local access (“local loop”) service is required to connect Customer’s premises to Verizon’s network hub and is sold separately pursuant to the Network Access Services Service Attachment.
Either party may terminate this Agreement during the Extended SiriCOMM Network Access Services Agreement 1 of 9 Term upon ninety (90) days prior written notice.
The Company will waive the one-time installation charges associated with the implementation of Network Access Services provided under this Agreement within the 48 contiguous States of the U.S. Usage charges, monthly recurring charges, expedite charges, change charges, surcharges, any charges imposed by third parties (including access, egress, jack, or wiring charges), taxes or tax-like surcharges, or other Governmental Charges will not be waived.
