Network Access Fees definition

Network Access Fees are the fees charged to Customer for access to and use of the Switch Network. “Switch Network” means the telecommunications/data communications network and network components owned, operated and controlled by Switch within the Premises. The Switch Network does not include any Customer Equipment or any networks or network equipment not operated and controlled by Switch.
Network Access Fees means any network access fees payable by Nova TV pursuant to the Network Access Agreement or any replacement thereof.

Examples of Network Access Fees in a sentence

  • This Agreement shall automatically lapse and be void, without need of any notice, if the Network Access Fees remains unpaid after thirty (30) calendar days from the due date, which is the grace period for payment of network access fees or should the Revolving Fund becomes negative.

  • A “Service Credit” is equal to the result of dividing (i) the Network Access Fees paid by Customer during the calendar month in which the Service Credit was earned by (ii) the number of hours in the same month.

  • Switch will issue Service Credits to Customer’s account for the period commencing at the time of receipt notification from Customer until the average Packet Loss for the preceding thirty (30) days is less than 0.1% provided that in no event shall the Service Credits exceed 100% of the Switch Network Access Fees for the calendar month in which the Excess Packet Loss occurs.

  • In consideration of the rights granted by RSFA to Race and in recognition of RSFA’s ownership of the Network, Race shall pay to RSFA the RSFA Revenue Payments (as defined below) monthly, no later than the 20th day of each month for Network Access Fees received the immediately preceding month (falling completely or partially within the Term).

  • As used herein, the “RSFA Revenue Payment” shall mean an amount equal to all Network Access Fees received by Race during the applicable calendar month multiplied by 90%.

  • Network Load means the load that a Network Customer designates for Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. The Network Customer’s Network Load shall include all load (including losses) served by the output of any Network Resources designated by the Network Customer. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.

  • Broadband Internet access service means a mass-market retail service by wire or radio that provides the capability to transmit data to and receive data from all or substantially all Internet endpoints, including any capabilities that are incidental to and enable the operation of the communications service, but excluding dial-up Internet access service. This term also encompasses any service that the State finds to be providing a functional equivalent of the service described in the previous sentence, or that is used to evade the protections set forth in this section.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • Merchant Network Upgrades means additions to, or modifications or replacements of, physical facilities of the Interconnected Transmission Owner that, on the date of the pertinent Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Upgrade Request, are part of the Transmission System or are included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan.
