Network Access Fee definition

Network Access Fee. Client shall pay zingfit the Network Access Fees as set forth in the Service Tier Add-Ons section of the App Hosting Agreement, which shall be in addition to the other fees set forth herein.
Network Access Fee means the fee to paid to CAREINGTON for providing Members access to its Panel as set forth on Attachment B attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.
Network Access Fee means the fee charged for each approved and/or denied or other network access wherein RIGHTCONNECT makes contact with the merchant’s payment card processing center for authorization of the purchase amount. Network access transactions processed internally and not requiring communication with the payment card’s processing center will not incur a network access fee. Each access is documented on the online daily and monthly transaction report from RIGHTCONNECT in the Program for the Merchants review.

More Definitions of Network Access Fee

Network Access Fee. For each of API User’s customers on behalf of which API User accesses our API, API User agrees to pay zingfit: i. $20 per month per (e.g., multiplied by) the number of each physical location that API User’s customer(s) has (have) in the aggregate at any time during such month. By way of example, if all of API User’s customer have 18 physical locations but one closes during a given month, then the Network Access Fee for such month will be 18 multiplied by $20, which equals $360, and if the number of the physical locations of API User’s customers remains at 17 throughout all of the following calendar month, then the Network Access Fee for such following month would be 17 multiplied times $20, which equals $340.
Network Access Fee means a monthly fee that Provider may charge for Customer’s access to the Network to provide with the Service(s).

  • Network Load means the load that a Network Customer designates for Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. The Network Customer’s Network Load shall include all load (including losses) served by the output of any Network Resources designated by the Network Customer. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.
