This Agreement including all Schedules and other documents referred to herein and the Skrill Terms of Use and/or NETELLER Terms of Use and all documents referred to therein, represents the entire agreement of the parties in relation to its subject matter.
Subject to clause 18 of the Skrill Terms of Use, clause 19 of the NETELLER Terms of Use and clause 10 above, no variation or amendment to this Agreement shall be effective unless recorded in writing and signed by the duly authorised representatives of both parties.

The following terms when used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the following meaning: Affiliate Member Account means the Member Account(s) held in the name of Affiliate with either ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and/or NETELLER that the Referred Members’ accounts are tagged to.
It is Affiliate’s responsibility to ensure that Affiliate’s Skrill or NETELLER Customer Account(s) remains open and active.
Leadcapital Corp Ltd is the entity that is responsible for Skrill and NETELLER payments.
Commission in respect of Referred Customers shall be paid to the Affiliate’s Skrill or NETELLER Customer Account.
Paysafe shall not be liable to Affiliate for any losses or damages incurred by Affiliate due to the Affiliate’s Skrill or NETELLER Customer Account being closed and/or suspended.
If Affiliate’s Skrill or NETELLER Customer Account is closed and/or suspended (whether permanently or temporarily) for any reason, Paysafe will be unable to pay the Commissions to Affiliate.
