Net Wire Through Clearing definition
Net Wire Through Clearing. Broker: in which the Authorized Selling Firm contracts with a Clearing Broker to transfer and clear funds from sales (the "Clearing Broker"). The Clearing Broker remits the premium (net of commissions) to Company, and remits the remaining portion of the premium (commission) to Agency. If this method is chosen, then Section 7.1.4 is applicable.
