Examples of Net Wire in a sentence

  • If the Closing shall occur, such accrued interest on such Net Wire amount at the Lease Rate through, but excluding the Commencement Date of the Lease with respect to the Properties shall be treated as an Additional Charge (as defined in the Lease) under the Lease and shall be paid with the first rent payment by Seller or its Affiliate(s), as Lessee, under the Lease.
