Net Transactions definition
Net Transactions means the total number of online PNR bookings minus total number of online PNR cancellations minus un-ticketed PNRs minus total number of off-line PNR cancellations minus total number of off-line ticket refunds. Net pricing per transaction is inclusive of charges for all changes/additions made to a PNR, subsequent to initial booking. Each passenger traveling will be considered a PNR.
Net Transactions means the total gross number of transaction items submitted by Company under the Agreement in an applicable period, less any refund items (but not Chargeback items) during such period.
