Net Royalties. '`Net Royalties means the gross amount of license fees and royalties (or payments in lieu of license fees or royalties), net of withholding taxes, received or earned from any sublicensee by AYURCORE pursuant to a sublicense agreement between AYURCORE and such sublicensee.
