Net Refunds definition

Net Refunds means the amount Groupon had originally paid you for the applicable Your Transaction being refunded to a Purchaser (i.e. Sales Proceeds less Fees).

Examples of Net Refunds in a sentence

  • All Net Refunds and credits attributable to any tax year prior to the tax year in which the Closing occurs shall belong to and be the property of Seller, subject to the rights of tenants under their respective Leases.
