Net Receivable definition

Net Receivable has the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(a).
Net Receivable. The gross face amount of a Receivable less the discount offered by you and taken by us.
Net Receivable means, in the case of any Financing Contract that is not an Operating Lease, as of any date, (a) the Gross Receivable with respect to such Financing Contract as of such date, minus (b) the amount of any unearned financing income attributed to such Financing Contract as of such date.

  • Each Receivable included as an Eligible Receivable in the calculation of the Net Receivable Pool Balance as of any date was an Eligible Receivable as of such date.

Net Receivable in the case of any Financing Contract, shall refer to the Gross Receivable with respect to such Finance Contract less the amount of any unearned financing income associated therewith.
Net Receivable means Acquired Domestic Accounts Receivable less Assumed Dentist Payables.

Related to Net Receivable

  • Current Receivable means each Receivable that is not a Defaulted Receivable or a Liquidated Receivable.

  • Net Receivables Balance means, at any time, the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables at such time reduced by the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables of each Obligor and its Affiliates exceeds the Concentration Limit for such Obligor.

  • Settlement Receivable means any general intangible, payment intangible, or instrument representing or reflecting an obligation to make payments to or for the benefit of a Person in consideration for a Settlement made or arranged, or to be made or arranged, by such Person.

  • Net Receivables Pool Balance means, at any time: (a) the Outstanding Balance of Eligible Receivables then in the Receivables Pool minus (b) the Excess Concentration.

  • Delinquent Receivable means a Receivable as to which any payment, or part thereof, remains unpaid for 61 days or more from the original due date for such payment.
