Net Partial Liquidation Proceeds definition
Net Partial Liquidation Proceeds. Partial Liquidation Proceeds with respect to a Mortgage Loan net of unreimbursed Liquidation Expenses incurred with respect to such Mortgage Loan. For all purposes of this Agreement, Net Partial Liquidation Proceeds shall be allocated first to accrued and unpaid interest on the related Mortgage Loan and then to the unpaid principal balance thereof.
