Net OLV definition
Net OLV means, as to each of the following categories of Inventory, the value that is estimated to be recoverable in an orderly liquidation thereof, net of liquidation expenses of selling such category of assets, as determined from time to time by a qualified appraiser selected by the Administrative Agent: retail; upholstery; case goods; and raw materials.

Net OLV as reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent in good faith based on the most recent appraisal conducted pursuant to the Existing Credit Facilities or Section 6.11, as applicable, the Value of the Eligible Rental Equipment that is estimated to be recoverable in an orderly liquidation of such Equipment (less applicable freight and duty charges, if any), net of liquidation expenses.
Net OLV means the Canadian Dollar Amount to be realized from any orderly liquidation of Inventory at such time on a "going out of business sale" basis as set forth in the most recent acceptable appraisal of Inventory received by Lender in accordance with Section 7.3, net of deductions for all commissions, taxes, duties, delivery, operating expenses and other liquidation costs.
Net OLV means the appraised orderly liquidation value of any particular item of Collateral, minus the fair market value of tubulars, minus an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the appraised orderly liquidation value (being an estimate of the cost of marshalling, storage, make-ready and sale expenses).
