Net Note Rate definition

Net Note Rate means, with respect to each Note, the applicable Note Rate minus the Servicing Fee Rate.
Net Note Rate means with respect to any Note, the Initial Interest Rate for such Note minus the Servicing Fee Rate applicable to such Note.
