Net MRC definition

Net MRC means: (i) in respect of hosting services, the monthly recurring charge for the affected hosting Service for the configuration experiencing the issue, but excluding any add-on or optional Services which are not included as part of the standard hosting plan but are included as part of such customer’s monthly recurring charge. In respect of Cloud Services, your Net MRC will be based on your previous month’s usage for the affected Service where applicable or, alternatively, your average usage for the affected Service being pro-rated; (ii) in respect of all other Services, the monthly recurring charge for the affected Service.
Net MRC means the net monthly recurring charge before taxes and other charges and after calculation of all other discounts, rebates, service credits or any such similar credits (not including Customer’s applicable volume discount).
Net MRC means the MRC listed before taxes and other charges and after calculation of all other discounts, rebates, service credits or any such similar credits (not including Customer’s discount under the Sprint National Value Program discount, Sprint Employee Value Program discount, or the Sprint Nationwide Volume Program discount, as applicable).

  • Five percent (5%) of the Net MRC for each hour (or fraction thereof) of Downtime.

  • In the event Company fails to provide 99.9% availability as outlined herein, and provided Customer follows the procedures outlined herein, Company will apply a credit (“Credit”) to Customer’s account in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Net MRC for the affected account for each hour of Network Downtime or fraction thereof, to a maximum of 50% of the Net MRC for the month(s) in which the SLA is not met.

  • Customer may not receive more than one Credit per affected configuration per incident and in no event will Customer receive greater than one month’s Net MRC in Credit for any given month regardless of the number of incidents.

  • For each additional hour of Downtime thereafter, Customer will receive a Service Credit equivalent to one day of Customer’s pro-rated Service Service Level Service Credit Net MRC for internet connectivity charges for that month.

  • For each hour of Downtime beyond the 99.95% minimum in any one calendar month, Customer will receive a refund equivalent to one day of Customer’s pro-rated Net MRC for that month.

  • However, for Port, Access and Router Bundle, if Customer terminates any individual component of the bundle without terminating the entire bundle, Sprint will continue to charge Customer the entire bundle Net MRC in this Quote.

  • Managed and Dedicated Services Aptum guarantees the functioning of all Hardware [1], and will replace or repair any failed component at no cost to you within 1 Five percent (5%) of the Net MRC for each hour (or fraction thereof) of Service Service Level Service Credit hour of Aptum’s identification of the failed hardware (the “Replacement Guarantee”).


More Definitions of Net MRC

Net MRC means the monthly recurring charge for the service, excluding cellular or satellite telecommunication fees, and any applicable lease fees, for the Customer assets impacted. The Credits described in this Section 5.3 will be Customer’s exclusive remedy, and Company’s entire liability, for any breach of any warranty of performance or service contained in this Section 5. In order to claim Credits, Customer must open a Company trouble ticket. All Network Downtimes will be measured from the time the ticket is received and validated by Company to the time Company, in its sole discretion, is able to resolve the issue. Customer must be a Company customer in good standing to receive the Credit. No Credit will be applied to accounts that are past due or canceled before the conditions for payment of the Credit are met. Upon cancellation of the Customer’s account, any outstanding or previously accrued Credits will be forfeited. Credits will be applied against purchases or renewals for which payment is due after the date the Credit is applied. Credits will not be applied against past due balances.

The Credits described in this SLA will be Customer’s exclusive remedy and DotCom Services (I) Pvt. Ltd.’s entire liability for any breach of any warranty of performance or service contained in this SLA. In order to claim Credits, Customer must open a DotCom Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. trouble ticket. All downtimes will be measured from the time the ticket is received and validated by DotCom Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. to the time DotCom Services (I) Pvt. Ltd., in its sole discretion is able to resolve the issue. Customer may not receive more than one Credit per affected configuration per incident and in no event will Customer receive greater than one month’s Net MRC in Credit for any given month regardless of the number of incidents.
