Net LTV definition
Net LTV means the Net Interest Bearing Debt divided by the Market Value of the Portfolio, based on valuations that are no older than 270 days.
Net LTV means, at any relevant time, the aggregate of the Loan and any exposure under the Hedging Agreement at that time expressed as a percentage of the aggregate Market Value of the Mortgaged Ships (excluding any Ship which has become a Total Loss and remains subject to a Mortgage at that time), the net realisable value of any additional Security provided under Clause 25 (Loan to value ratio) plus the balances standing to the credit of the Cash Reserve Accounts Account (other than for the purposes of Clause 23.18 (Dividends) in which case such balances are excluded from the calculation of Net LTV).
