Net Loan to Value definition

Net Loan to Value means the ratio of Net Interest Bearing Debt to Value.
Net Loan to Value means the ratio of Net Interest Bearing Debt to Total Assets (less Cash and Cash Equivalents).
Net Loan to Value means our indebtedness pro forma for the Transactions as if they had occurred on March 31, 2016, net of pro forma cash and cash equivalents as of May 31, 2016, divided by the Market Value of our Owned Fleet determined as of March 1, 2016 and assuming that such valuation is still the same as of March 31, 2016. We have estimated our total adjusted cash and cash equivalents as of such date, after giving effect to the Transactions, based on our initial review of our financial position set forth in our unaudited management accounts as of May 31, 2016.
