Net Intangible Assets definition
Net Intangible Assets means the total book value of all assets of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries which would be treated as intangible assets under generally, accepted accounting principles, including without limitation, such items as goodwill, trademarks, trade names, service marks, brand names, copyrights, patents and licenses, and right with respect to the foregoing.
